Lilla by Sociolla is a specialized e-commerce platform created by Sociolla, focusing on beauty, personal care, and wellness products for mothers and children. It aims to meet the specific needs of women, especially mothers, by offering a curated selection of products that are safe, halal-certified, dermatologist-tested, and suitable for both moms and their kids. This includes a variety of categories, such as skincare, body care, baby care, and health products tailored for family use.

My team and I re-designed Lilla by Sociolla to address some issues in its application. And there was no chat section for customers to communicate with sellers.

To enhance the user experience, we added a “Chat to Seller” feature for better communication, improved product categorization, and included trust signals like halal and dermatologist-tested labels. We optimized search and navigation, applied mobile-first design, and introduced personalized recommendations. An educational section was also added to support informed decisions.
